The Clark County Republican Party has never had an Audit!
Why is it that the leadership of the Clark County Republican Party doesn’t feel the need to follow their own bylaws and have an audit?
There has been a report of officers writing checks to themselves without providing receipts for these checks.
There has been a report that checks were writing above to allowed amount without the Executive Boards approval.
There has been missing tax documents, missing treasurer’s reports, missing executive board meeting minutes, missing computers that hold the financial reports, anything dealing with financial reports are missing, bylaws rules broken our own treasurer is not bounded or insured.
We have given the leadership an opportunity to do major house cleaning and they are just ignoring us.

In 2007 United States Senator Harry Reid told the American citizens that the war in Iraq is lost (see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sYZEGot-xU4). Immediately after that the Veterans In Politics played a commercial on KDWN indicating that Senator Reid has surrendered our military, has no confidence in America, and has destroyed the moral of all military service members. Senator Reid refuses to be a guest on our show, because he does not have the back bone to face us. Let’s show Senator Reid exactly who is LOST!

Lazy Clark County Nevada Voters
Lazy Clark County Nevada Voters!!
Every election year some of us elect the same person in office. Some of us do this because we are lazy. We go with name recognition; we don’t really take a good look at the person we elect.
It’s time for Clark County Nevada voters to take a stand, despite your political party we need to put country first. We need to take candidates personal views into consideration. When someone is a candidate for one office he or she most likely excel to a higher office or use their elected position to influence other candidates to get into office, which are like minded.
We need to be proactive now, not later. The voters of Clark County, Nevada DO NOT pay attention to our County Seats and we keep placing the same people into office every single election year.
Take a look at these elected seats and you tell me if we keep electing the same people: Las Vegas and North Las Vegas Township Constable, Clark County Assessor, Clark County Clerk, Clark County Treasurer. The only time we elected someone different is when the seat becomes vacated as we did with Clark County Recorder and Public Administrator.
Most elected officials smile in your face and talk crap behind your back, make promises they know they cannot keep; they also avoid your questions, or turn the questions on you. Some of us call this type of behavior politics. I say that politics needs a new type of behavior.

On July 25, 2009 we had Las Vegas Township Constable Robert Gronauer on the Veterans In Politics Talk Show on All Talk Radio.
Since the interview we have had several disturbing comments from our listeners.
Mr. Gronauer made a statement that he has not had an Audit in over Eight years and he claims his office deals with millions of dollars every year.
The Membership of the Veterans In Politics is disturbed that a government office has not had an audit in over eight years. This is an office that is elected by the people and should have oversight.
We are requesting that his office have an audit immediately, if no audit can be conducted by Clark County. We are requesting that we hire a CPA and do an independent audit on this office. After listening to the interview we believe that the Las Vegas Constables Office has something to hide.
Mr. Gronauer admitted that he instructs his Constables to do selective arrest when having an Arrest Warrant in hand. An Arrest Warrant is a Court Order informing a Law Enforcement Officer to make an arrest.
We are very disturbed that a Constable is selecting who to arrest and who not to arrest. This is going against the Courts Order, this also makes one believe that there might be improprieties, selective arrest with and Arrest Order has the appearance of racial profiling, sexual profiling, gender profiling, and etc.
Mr. Gronauer also was very upset when we talked about illegal immigration, he was very defensive stating that everyone has a right to live in this country and have a roof over their heads illegal or not.

We have had listeners stating that the Constables Office might be intimidating illegal immigrants for money, that’s why he was so defensive on this topic.
In Mr. Gronauer’s own words he admits that no Audit has been conducted on his office in over eight years, he admits that he has his Constables do selective arrest with a Court Order Arrest Warrant in hand.
We understand that after listening to Mr. Gronauer discussed illegal immigration our statement of shacking down illegal’s for money is circumstantial.
However, we are requesting an investigation done into this matter of the Las Vegas Constables Office, because we feel that it warrants an outside office to investigate these allegations to restore the public’s trust in government.
